Orizon Global Solutions ("Orizon", "we", "us"), a company based in San José, Costa Rica, is responsible for the processing of personal data you provide through this website.

We only collect data you voluntarily enter in our contact form:

  • Full name — to identify you and personalize communication.
  • WhatsApp number — to send you a proposal and coordinate the project.
  • Project type and budget — to prepare a relevant quote.
  • Preferred days and times — to reach you at a convenient time.
  • Project description — to understand your needs.

We do not collect national ID numbers, physical addresses, financial data, data of minors, or any sensitive data as defined under Costa Rican Law 8968.

We do not use tracking cookies, advertising pixels, or analytics services that individually identify users.

3. Purpose and Legal Basis

Your data is used exclusively to:

  • Respond to your inquiry and prepare a personalized quote.
  • Coordinate communication during the business relationship.
  • Comply with applicable legal and tax obligations.

Legal basis: Article 5 of Costa Rican Law No. 8968 on Protection of Individuals Against the Processing of Personal Data. Processing is based on your consent given when submitting the form, and on the execution of a pre-contractual or contractual relationship.

4. Retention Period

Data is retained for as long as the business relationship lasts. Once concluded, it will be kept for the minimum period required by Costa Rican tax and commercial law (generally 5 years), after which it will be securely deleted.

5. Sharing with Third Parties

Orizon does not sell, rent, or transfer your personal data to third parties for commercial purposes. Data may only be shared in the following cases:

  • When required by a competent authority under applicable law.
  • With technology service providers strictly necessary for service delivery (e.g. messaging platforms), bound by equivalent confidentiality obligations.

6. Your Rights (ARCO)

Under Law 8968, you have the right to:

  • Access — know what data we hold about you.
  • Rectification — correct inaccurate or incomplete data.
  • Cancellation — request deletion of your data.
  • Opposition — object to a specific processing of your data.
